Your Role:

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to build strong referral networks with key healthcare providers.
  • Educate and Empower: Effectively communicate the clinical evidence and benefits of TMS and esketamine to healthcare professionals, driving appropriate patient referrals.
  • Market Leadership: Cultivate Strategic Partnerships and position Greenbrook as the premier provider of advanced mental health therapies.
  • Results-Driven: Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving center performance and patient growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track sales data, identify market opportunities, and implement effective sales tactics to maximize performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Sales Pro: 2+ years B2B/healthcare/medical sales success, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving territory growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Experience interacting with physician offices; behavioral/mental health or pharmaceutical sales a plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong business development skills and ability to navigate the full sales cycle.
  • Dynamic Communicator: Excellent communication, leadership, and self-motivation.
  • Results-Driven: Strong judgment, time management, and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Tech Savvy: Technical aptitude and computer skills (Salesforce experience a bonus).
  • Reliable & Mobile: Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Clinical Sales: Clinical sales ability, experience influencing formulary decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.

Competitive compensation including a fixed at $75,000 with an estimated commission potential up to $55,000 dependent upon on performance to targets.
