You will work within a recruiting optimization function to audit, edit, and standardize job postings at scale, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with current hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with recruiting teams to identify updates, resolve inconsistencies, and maintain quality standards across postings. Accountabilities

Review, audit, and update job descriptions across a large volume of postings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current role requirements.
Edit and refine content to improve clarity, structure, tone, and inclusivity while maintaining organizational standards.
Identify outdated, incomplete, or incorrect job information and correct or escalate as needed to recruiting stakeholders.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to prioritize updates and ensure timely completion of job posting improvements.
Ensure consistent formatting, terminology, and messaging across all job descriptions on the career site.
Support ongoing improvements to job description quality and candidate experience through structured content updates.
Deliver assigned updates within a defined 3-month contract scope while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

You bring strong experience in content editing, writing, or recruiting operations, with a high level of precision and attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently in a structured, fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of updates efficiently. You have strong communication skills and can ensure clarity and consistency in written content while aligning with established standards.

Experience reviewing, editing, or writing professional content with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload independently
Strong written communication skills with clear, concise writing ability
Experience working in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition operations, or related fields (preferred)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or career site platforms (preferred)
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, large-scale organizational environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured content guidelines
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional recruiting teams
