The Role

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll keep the hiring process running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, leading short interviews, documenting outcomes, and making sure the right people move forward quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct short structured interviews and info sessions with prospective candidates.

  • Take accurate notes and complete required documentation promptly.

  • Follow scripts and internal processes to ensure fairness and consistency.

  • Manage scheduling and weekly task flow to keep everything moving on time.

  • Flag unusual situations or edge cases for hiring leads.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate handoffs.

Requirements

  • Clear, warm communicator who can make candidates feel comfortable and valued.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented. You catch small mistakes and keep things on track.

  • Reliable and dependable. You follow through without needing reminders.

  • Good judgment. You know when to escalate or ask for a second opinion.

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.

  • U.S. work authorization required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in recruiting, customer success, or other people-facing roles.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced or startup settings.
