From the first encounter, you’ll have candidates excited to engage and explore career opportunities with Snorkel!</p><p><strong>Please note that this is a contract opportunity.</strong></p><h3><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop strong relationships with Talent Partners and hiring teams across multiple business units</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews for Talent Partners and hiring teams in a timely manner.</li><li>Create agendas for on-sites, schedule debrief meetings, collect feedback, and prepare reports as needed.</li><li>Support candidates before, during, and after onsite and virtual interviews</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficient coordination processes that are streamlined and compliant.</li><li>Own some aspects of reporting of overall recruiting metrics such as interviewing volume, and monitor candidate movement in our ATS (Greenhouse)</li><li>Maintain data integrity in our ATS. Support execution of projects/programs related to employer brand, candidate experience, implementation of new systems, and recruiting process improvements</li><li>Support leadership teams with interviewer training and calibration</li></ul><h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>At least a year of full-cycle talent coordination in a high-volume environment.</li><li>Self-starting and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance, but you know when to ask for help or guidance.</li><li>Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated grit.
