About the Position:Â
A Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU), from sourcing and interviewing to placement. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, managing a higher volume of placements, and leading recruitment efforts to meet organizational hiring goals, as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with COA’s, to ensure a positive candidate experience and support redeployment efforts. Â
Note: While this role is posted at the Recruiter level, we welcome applicants with a wide range of experience — including those with senior‑level expertise. Candidates with more advanced recruiting backgrounds may be considered for higher‑level opportunities depending on experience, skills, and business need.

What You’ll Do:Â
Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates. Â
Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. Â
Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels. Â
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. Â
Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Â
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Â
Identify candidates' critical success factors by utilizing effective interview techniques, including behavioral and situational questions. Â
Qualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines. 
Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting. Â
Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission-to-placement ratio. Â
Negotiate all components of the candidate’s package while being mindful of individual and team gross margin goals. Â
Extend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership. Â
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating start dates and preparing pre-onboarding materials. Â
Maintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application throughout their assignment, serving as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.  Â
Work closely with contract employees to identify redeployment opportunities and facilitate transitions to new assignments. Â
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Â
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Â
Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales. Â
Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Â

What You’ll Bring:Â

Recruiting experience with proven success in a high-volume recruitment environment; healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
Applicants with 3+ years of recruiting experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for higher‑level opportunities depending on the skill and fit.

Pay Range: $58,000 - $70,000 Annually
(This pay range reflects the Senior Recruiter level. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, and the level at which a candidate is ultimately placed.)
