We are seeking an HR team member with exceptional communication, record-keeping, organizational, relationship-building, and time management skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR strategies and people analytics.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.

  • Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.

  • Resolving employee queries related to HR processes and administration.

  • Creating periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, and professional development.

  • Producing internal company documents and communication materials for employees.

  • Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Leading the onboarding phase or process.

  • Scheduling, managing, and facilitating new hire training needs.

  • Walking through and assisting applicants throughout the onboarding process.

  • Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement.

  • Managing employees' salary appraisals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing HR strategies and policies.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and labor laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ethical approach with integrity.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Time management skills.

  • Experience in Bamboo is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
