You’ll drive outcomes by leveraging data to coach & advise our users on industry best practices.

In this role, you’ll operate as part of a dynamic, highly collaborative team. You'll help all users through a centralized support system, identifying opportunities to intervene, coach, and problem-solve. This role is perfect for someone who is energized by efficiency, strategy, and human connection and who thrives in a remote-first, fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming recruiter needs via a shared team queue, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-value support
  • Proactively identify and engage users with signs of low utilization or funnel friction using data triggers and automated reports
  • Host 1:1 and group coaching sessions to share hiring funnel insights, platform best practices, and resourceful solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Advocates, Client Partners, and Jobs & Batching teams to move candidates forward and assist recruiters with real-time job updates or intervention requests
  • Collaborate on workflows that optimize hire conversion, support platform engagement, and delight our users
  • Recognize and celebrate recruiter milestones while capturing valuable user feedback
  • Surface user trends, behavior patterns, and sentiment to drive continuous improvements across the user experience and platform
  • Contribute to writing and enhancing scalable tools (FAQs, templates, automations) that improve consistency and reduce operational lift.

Success in your first 6 months will look like:

  • You have become a system expert with a strong grasp of our industry, clients, recruiting workflows, and best practices.
  • You have built trust with recruiters by consistently addressing their needs quickly, professionally, and helpfully through the pooled support model.
  • You have driven measurable improvements in recruiter adoption, funnel velocity, and hire outcomes using proactive coaching and intervention strategies.
  • You are seen as a collaborative partner across the Client Success, Operations, and Product teams
  • You’ve helped us build systems that allow us to support a growing recruiter population without sacrificing quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a user-facing support, success, or client engagement role with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Background in healthcare, talent acquisition, recruiting tech, or SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or growing within a customer-facing operations or customer success environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

You might be the one we’re looking for if:

  • You have an energizing and approachable communication style that builds rapport quickly, across Zoom, email, chat, or asynchronous collaboration
  • You have a process- and systems-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a distributed support model.
  • You have a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and bring actionable insights into coaching conversations.
  • You have an understanding of what makes a delightful customer experience, and ideas on how to replicate it at greater scale.
  • You are comfortable learning new tech tools quickly and contributing to workflow improvements.
  • You have a proactive, team-first attitude, ready to jump in, tag in, and step up wherever there’s an opportunity to help a fellow teammate or recruiter
