You’ll speak directly with homeowners, understand their situation, negotiate terms, and lock up deals.

• Proven scripts and systems — not guesswork

In the last 90 days:
Two new hires made $10K+ in a single month.
Another rep consistently earns $7K+ monthly.
The income is there if you can close.
This is a full-time remote role.
You will:
• Spend 5–6+ hours per day on the phone
• Follow up relentlessly
• Negotiate directly with sellers
• Send offers and contracts
• Track your KPIs daily
• Work nights/weekends when a hot deal requires it
This is a performance environment. We measure activity and results.
Requirements
You must have:
• 2+ years of wholesaling or acquisitions experience
• Real negotiation skill (not order-taking)
• Comfort living on commission
• High call volume stamina
• Strong CRM discipline
• A dedicated, distraction-free home office
