<h3><strong>Brand-New Palo Alto, CA Location Opening in Spring 2025!</strong></h3><h3><strong>Sollis Health is hiring per diem Radiology Technologists who have an X-ray certification to conduct scans as needed on Sollis patients. This is a piece-rate pay model. </strong></h3><p><strong>How it works:</strong></p><ol><li>A Sollis patient needs a scan.</li><li>You will receive a text message asking if you are available to come into our facility to scan a patient.</li><li>If you are available, you arrive to conduct the scan(s). </li><li>You are paid based on how many scans you conduct. </li></ol><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Daytime (defined as scans beginning within 7:00am – 11:00pm): $350 per scan </li></ul><p>Example: You conduct two scans in two hours at Sollis during the daytime, you will receive $700 as payment. </p><p>In addition to the piece rate pay, you are able to pick up shifts as a per diem employee if interested/available! </p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed. </span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring images are legibly labelled with correct date and patient identification</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC’s and other lab requirements</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning document, and enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliant </span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entering membership leads and </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Greeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Scheduling follow up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations or house calls</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needs</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested</span></li><li>Must be able to lift up to, 75 lbs as the second assist for Coterie patients if they are unable to assist themselves if they have fallen.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performs other job-related duties as assigned</span></li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, required</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, required</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extraordinary organizational and project management skills;
