Quoting Specialist

Technical Sales Coordinator will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver. Responsibilities: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Data Entry into Xometry Quote Platform</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Retrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organize information for engineering review</li><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Dimension Drawing review</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">RFQ document comprehension</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">CAD file review</li></ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Engage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correction</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete online and offline templates with available information</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Produce DRAFT quotes per approved methodology</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Present / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain quote databases in a real time basis</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review and set-up custom quotes using Xometry’s platform </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High-volume data entry, transfer, and management Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.</li></ul>Customer Support Responsibilities: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review Salesforce Cases and Emails for service requests</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Answer requests whenever possible</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct requests to subject matter experts as required</li></ul>This job is for you, if you have:  <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Associate degree or higher or equivalent experience</li><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferably in a manufacturing or technology related field</li></ul><li>CNC or Sheet Metal manufacturing experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Technical aptitude to pick up general technical aspects of various manufacturing technologies</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plus</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">manufacturing background  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Customer service oriented</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated attention to detail  </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience with high-volume data entry and management </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High energy and comfortable interfacing with coworkers</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communicates effectively in a polite and enthusiastic manner</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid<div class="content-conclusion">Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
