Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><p>· Perform quoting process for all complex use cases within the established process</p><p>· Coordinate with teams involved in complex quoting cases: sales, renewals, deal desk, licensing, others</p><p>· Ensure proactive engagement from Sales to have all the relevant details for proper quoting</p><p>· Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current quoting policy, licensing and pricing, processes and products </p><p>· Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams on quoting process and policies</p><p>· Propose operations processes improvements that streamline quoting process and policy to improve internal collaboration and customer experience</p><p>· Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field</p><p>· Proven Experience in B2B Environment in coordination and administrative capacity</p><p>· Fluent English (other languages are a plus (any experience in Sales/Renewals/Licensing and Order processing will be a plus)</p><p>· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p>· Ability to understand the details, attention to detail, analytical skills</p><p>· Good logical thinking skills</p><p>· Ability to work with a large amount of information, in
