Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Conduct thorough testing of products and services to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify quality requirements and ensure they are met.
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams.
- Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in products and processes, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and testing outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using QA software tools and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
