Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough testing of products and services to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify quality requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Analyze testing results and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams.
  • Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in products and processes, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and testing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using QA software tools and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
