Accountabilities:- Develop and execute a long-term quality strategy focused on process improvement, risk mitigation, and global standardization across multiple sites.
- Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and interpret quality data to detect trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and enhance core quality systems including audits (internal and external), CAPA processes, deviation management, document control, and change management.
- Drive the implementation of quality and regulatory compliance systems and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure organization-wide adoption of quality policies, standards, and best practices across all functions and locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop quality teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk-based decision-making and operational excellence.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging best practices in quality management.
- Support supplier quality management and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, quality, or related discipline with 7+ years of quality management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
- Proven expertise in CAPA systems, root cause analysis, audit execution, and quality metrics management.
- Strong experience in supplier quality management and regulatory compliance processes.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; additional quality certifications (CQA, CQM/OE, etc.) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives in complex, multi-site environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
