  • Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, quality, or related discipline with 7+ years of quality management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
  • Proven expertise in CAPA systems, root cause analysis, audit execution, and quality metrics management.
  • Strong experience in supplier quality management and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; additional quality certifications (CQA, CQM/OE, etc.) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $85,987 to $130,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work flexibility with occasional travel to sites and audit locations.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellness support.
