Our vision is to become THE go-to resource for every cyber protection need individuals may face - today and in the future. Join us for the ride!</div>Overview As our QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the QA team and automation tests of various clients and HTTP APIs for networking and low-level applications such as VPN and Anti-virus on several clients: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and improving the efficiency of the testing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual and automated software testing principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and motivating a team.Day to Day:<ul><li>Evaluate current automated testing coverage and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Report on test coverage and results for each build</li><li>Lead manual and automated QA teams from one or more locations (Eastern Europe, US, and India)</li><li>Document test cases in TestRail and enforce a consistent format and organization</li><li>Create and monitor manual test runs before every release</li><li>Constantly reduce manual testing dependence through automation in CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Stay in the loop around Point Wild product and platform changes</li><li>Provide recorded demos of new automation functionality</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices</li></ul>What you bring to the table:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in software testing</li><li>5+ years of experience in a leadership role</li><li>3+ years using automated testing tools and techniques in at least three of web, Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows clients</li><li>Experience testing low-level networking and protocols (preferred with VPN products)</li><li>Experience testing operating and file systems (preferred with AntiVirus products)</li><li>Linux and command-line expertise</li><li>QA Leadership experience in a B2B SaaS tech organization</li><li>Experience with Playwright or Cypress</li><li>Experience with XCTest for MacOS, iOS Automation</li><li>Experience Windows application test automation (FlaUI)</li><li>Experience with test coverage analysis tools</li><li>Proficiency in Git and version control workflows</li><li>Able to work while overlapping with Eastern European time zone</li></ul>Point Wild is committed to offering a generous package to support our employees in all aspects of their life in and out of work.  Our packages offer competitive pay, generous health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave and much more!  Pay range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. <div class="content-conclusion">As part of Point Wild, you will:Solve real customer problems.
