This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on ownership, impact, and technical excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Perform thorough manual and automated testing to identify defects early and ensure consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and align on testing strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity levels, and validation criteria, ensuring timely resolution and minimal regression risk.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness reviews to advocate for quality best practices.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance scalability, performance, and product stability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies, with the ability to adapt testing depth based on feature impact, release context, and risk assessment.
  • Proven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and defect management, with confidence using browser developer tools for debugging UI and API issues.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and workflow tools such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues, along with familiarity using BDD tools and CI pipelines.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and scripting or programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Solid communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to take ownership of quality decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote-friendly policies.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday policy to support work-life balance.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training budgets and learning resources.
  • Modern equipment, technology stipends, and support for building an effective remote workspace.
