Benefits

·         Competitive salary range: $99,000–$129,000 USD annually.

·         Equity options and comprehensive benefits from day one.

·         Remote-first work environment with flexible hours.

·         Unlimited PTO and dedicated recharge days.

·         Wellness budgets and personal/team development budgets.

·         Travel discounts, weekly UberEats credit, and annual company offsites.

·         Generous parental leave and flexible return-to-work plan.

·         Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
