We deliver detailed privacy reports, continuous monitoring, and expert support to ensure ongoing protection.

-Security & Compliance Coordination: Work cross-functionally to address security questionnaires and assessments (e.g., RMF/FISMA artifacts, ATO/A&A processes, data handling requirements), and align with legal/privacy requirements.

-Negotiation: Structure pricing, packaging, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes consistent with Federal procurement norms.

-Activity Management: Maintain disciplined prospecting and meeting/call cadences to ensure strong top-of-funnel coverage.

-Pipeline Reviews: Lead weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce to ensure coverage, stage hygiene, and forecast accuracy.

-Strategic Planning: Participate in Deal Reviews and Pre-Call Planning to shape win strategies for new logos and expansions (cross-bureau/command rollouts).

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and Federal partners/primes to deliver a smooth pre- to post-sale transition.

-Customer Engagement & Expansion: Cultivate references, case studies, and referrals; drive adoption and expansion within agencies, bureaus, and adjacent programs.

-Training & Development: Engage in ongoing sales enablement; incorporate updated processes, tools, and Federal-specific best practices into the sales cycle.

Job Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).

-Experience: 3+ years in SaaS or cybersecurity/data-privacy sales with a strong record of closing complex deals. Experience selling into U.S. Federal agencies (Civilian, DoD, and/or IC) is highly preferred.

-Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC.

-Familiarity with Federal procurement/acquisition processes and contracting pathways (e.g., GSA MAS, GWACs/IDIQs, BPAs) and Federal budget/fiscal-year dynamics.

-Ability to coordinate security/compliance workflows (e.g., RMF/FISMA artifacts, ATO/A&A collaboration with ISSOs/Authorizing Officials).

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills across technical, mission, and procurement audiences.

-Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales tooling.
