Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Overview
Our mission is to provide the best quality in mental health care and make holistic care easily accessible and seamless to our patients. We are searching for Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarification.
- Provide a thorough understanding of referral-related questions pertaining to mood and/or personality disorders, attention-related difficulties, cognitive impairment, and overall emotional challenges.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Director of Psychological Testing to plan and implement each assessment.
- Complete detailed assessment reports in a timely manner.
- Submit appropriate billing codes following the completion of testing services.
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations, from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
- Our clinicians ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Our clinicians participate in organizational training and professional development.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D / Ph.D) license in the State of California
- At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches
- Must have an active NPI
- Must be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week
- Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy
- Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
