You will own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely responses that support enterprise sales efforts. Acting as both project manager and content strategist, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Security, and Product teams to translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing materials. The role also involves maintaining and optimizing a centralized content library within a proposal automation platform, ensuring knowledge is current, reusable, and scalable. You will play a key role in improving proposal efficiency through process refinement and content standardization. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences deal velocity, customer confidence, and go-to-market success.
Accountabilities:- Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires, from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and continuously improve a centralized proposal content library, including updating approved responses, metadata, and review cycles aligned with product and security changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Security, Product, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, align messaging, and meet strict deadlines.
- Translate complex technical, cybersecurity, and product information into clear, customer-friendly language suitable for enterprise buyers and technical evaluators.
- Support proposal process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and better content reuse across submissions.
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, and consistency of messaging across documents and tools.
- Contribute to strategic enhancements of proposal operations, including templates, workflows, and knowledge management practices.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, or related proposal functions in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong experience in technical writing, editing, and translating IT or security concepts into clear business language.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and proposal/RFP automation platforms (experience with Responsive/RFPIO is a strong plus).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud-based products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to operate independently while coordinating effectively across distributed teams.
