You’re a proactive problem solver with an eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a flair for branding and design. You’re just as comfortable sourcing vendors and tracking budgets as you are brainstorming creative client gifts or setting up a pull-up banner for an event. You love combining operational excellence with brand storytelling, and you know how to get things done.
On a regular basis you will
- Manage the marketing swag store, overseeing inventory, orders, troubleshooting, and serving as the go-to for all swag-related needs.
- Source and recommend innovative promotional products that align with our brand and enhance client experiences.
- Lead end-to-end seasonal gifting programs—from concept to delivery—ensuring thoughtful, brand-consistent execution.
- Collaborate with the Design team to produce visually consistent promotional materials, such as banners and branded displays.
- Track and reconcile budgets for swag, gifting, and promotional items, including coding, reporting, and vendor payments.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely product delivery.
- Optimize swag and gifting processes for greater efficiency and seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- This role requires occasional travel for vendor meetings, events, or on-site program support.
You’re gonna crush it if
- You have 3+ years of experience managing promotional products, branded merchandise, or swag program management.
- You have a proven track record managing swag stores, vendor sourcing, and full-cycle gifting campaigns.
- You have a strong eye for branding and design with a focus on visual consistency across physical assets.
- You have solid budgeting skills, including invoice reconciliation and financial tracking.
- You are highly organized with strong attention to detail—nothing gets missed.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors.
- You are proficient in Google Suite; experience with tools like Asana is a plus.
- You are a creative, strategic thinker who also thrives in hands-on execution.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary - $68,640 - $90,000 per year
