Responsibilities

• Input and maintain project-related data across various databases and platforms.
• Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies promptly.
• Organize and archive project documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for record updates.
• Generate periodic reports on project statistics and data trends for management review.
• Assist in training new staff on data entry processes and best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities for data management improvements and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management software or databases is a plus.
