This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Services Manager in the United States.
This role provides a unique opportunity to lead energy management projects for a variety of commercial clients, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The Project Services Manager will oversee energy benchmarking, retro-commissioning, solar initiatives, and energy auditing projects from conception to completion. The position combines strategic project management with direct client engagement, helping to expand energy efficiency services and drive measurable impact. Candidates will work remotely while traveling to client sites and team meetings as required. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication to foster successful client relationships and operational excellence.
· Lead and manage energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
· Coordinate project timelines, scope, and objectives with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
· Track project performance, provide updates to stakeholders, and mitigate potential risks.
· Maintain thorough project documentation, reports, and records for internal and client use.
· Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and driving adoption of additional energy efficiency solutions.
· Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and project evaluations, providing professional recommendations to clients.
· Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of experience in project management, energy efficiency, or related industries.
· Knowledge of energy efficiency solutions, including benchmarking, retro-commissioning, and renewable energy projects.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and energy data analysis platforms.
· Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and team meetings as required.
· Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, familiarity with utility rebate programs, energy regulations, sustainability initiatives, and experience with CRM and energy analytics platforms.
