This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Skincare, OTC, Aesthetics in Georgia (USA).
As a Project Manager in the skincare, OTC, and aesthetics space, you will oversee the planning and execution of product development projects from initiation to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your role will involve monitoring project health, mitigating risks, and tracking critical milestones to guarantee successful product introductions. You will work closely with R&D, regulatory, quality, supply chain, marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all stages of development. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, regulated environment while supporting multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration, drive accountability, and ensure project outcomes meet both technical and business objectives.
Accountabilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Proactively monitor scope, risks, project budgets, and schedule health to prevent delays.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings to align priorities and drive accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support regulatory and quality compliance activities related to skincare, OTC, and aesthetic products.
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and real-time visibility using project management tools.
• Report project status to program leadership, escalate risks, and recommend solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in skincare, OTC, aesthetics, or other regulated product categories.
• Experience managing projects through development, regulatory, and commercialization milestones.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks relevant to OTC and skincare product development is a plus.
