This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (REMOTE) in the United States.
This role provides the opportunity to manage telecommunications infrastructure projects from initial application to completion. You will oversee wireless installation projects on various sites, coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors. The position requires strong project management, construction, and site acquisition expertise, along with the ability to track budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction. You will work remotely while maintaining regional responsibilities, supporting operational excellence, and driving project success across the U.S.
· Lead wireless infrastructure projects from application entry through construction and closeout.
· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
· Manage communications with clients, contractors, internal teams, and vendors.
· Review, approve, or recommend tenant configurations, construction drawings, and site plans.
· Facilitate site inspections, equipment installations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Support mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities related to site management.
· Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project metrics using company tracking tools.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and maintain project quality.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure/tower services or related construction/project management roles.
· Strong knowledge of site acquisition, construction processes, and regulatory compliance in the telecommunications industry.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with minimal supervision.
· Willingness to travel within assigned regions up to 25%.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements; Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification if required.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
