This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the United States.

This role is focused on leading and delivering complex, large-scale cloud projects in a fully remote, collaborative environment. You will work closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will act as a Scrum Master on projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating resources, and managing project budgets and timelines. You will play a critical role in risk management, client communication, and mentorship of junior team members. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to best practices in cloud project delivery while supporting enterprise clients in application development, data engineering, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Strong leadership, technical understanding, and strategic oversight are essential to succeed in this role.

Accountabilities:

·         Manage assigned projects from initiation to delivery, aligning client goals with team execution.

·         Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

·         Collaborate with client Product Owners and technical architects to define and refine user stories.

·         Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines, reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.

·         Identify and resolve risks, roadblocks, and project issues proactively.

·         Mentor and onboard new team members, contributing to team development and best practices.

·         Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand client engagement.

Requirements

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for enterprise clients.

·         Proven ability to manage technical engagements with 5+ team members and budgets over $500,000.

·         Experience leading projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments, using tools like Jira, Monday, Smartsheet, or Assembla.

·         Strong project management, risk management, and escalation handling skills.

·         Ability to understand client business needs and contribute to account growth.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and executive stakeholders.

·         Project Management and/or Agile certifications (PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM, CSP) preferred.

·         Cloud certifications (AWS Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
