As a Project Manager in Transformer Services (LTC), you’ll be at the heart of our mission to modernize and maintain the backbone of the power grid. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead service projects that keep critical infrastructure running smoothly—from substations to transformer systems—while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate customer and order information
Review and confirm service documentation in SAP
Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support AR reduction
Manage commercial operations to ensure timely payments
Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials
Provide administrative support for turnkey and service projects
Communicate directly with customers regarding updates, scheduling, and documentation
Resolve customer disputes and ensure successful project close-out
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
PMP Certified or in process
Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management
Knowledge of P&C, Transformers (Oil & Dry Type), MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, ATS
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, budgets, and scope of work
Understanding of LTC transformers, their function, operation, and repair
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
