In this role, you will lead the coordination and execution of complex product launches and enhancements across a highly cross-functional environment. You will act as the operational driver ensuring that product initiatives move smoothly from approval through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will translate strategic goals into structured project plans and actionable deliverables. This position plays a key role in aligning teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring operational readiness at every stage of the product lifecycle. You will bring structure to complexity, maintain visibility across multiple workstreams, and ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where strong communication and execution are essential.
Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end management of product launch projects, ensuring alignment with defined phases, gates, approvals, and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies from initiation through post-launch performance monitoring.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Implementation to ensure operational readiness.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings, prepare reports, executive updates, and maintain clear documentation of project progress and outcomes.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, escalating and driving mitigation plans with key stakeholders.
- Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new products, tools, and processes across teams.
- Ensure post-launch tracking and continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and recommending enhancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product launches, or cross-functional program delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to define processes, create workflows, and document structured project deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
