Hi-Altitude / Stonehenge Health | Health & Wellness | Remote (California-Based)

Stonehenge Health is a California-based supplements brand under the Hi-Altitude family of health-forward lifestyle brands. Through science-backed, thoughtfully formulated products, Stonehenge Health supports elevated wellness routines dedicated to helping people feel their best, so they can fully enjoy life’s meaningful moments.

We’re looking for a detail-driven Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly balance strategy with execution. You’re proactive, highly organized, and quick to identify and mitigate risks.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across Brand Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Analytics; ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand strategy. You’ll drive omni-channel campaigns, product launches, and process improvements, working in close partnership with another Project Manager and leadership.

This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

  • Own end-to-end execution of projects across marketing, product development, and creative; from intake through launch and post-mortem
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics
  • Lead cross-functional workflows, timelines, and feedback cycles from concept through delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
  • Track and report on project performance; deliver clear, executive-ready reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Drive alignment with external and internal partners, proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Establish and refine scalable processes to improve efficiency and execution (e.g., product launches, campaign workflows)
  • Facilitate key meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure visibility across initiatives
  • Continuously optimize workflows through retrospectives and process improvements
  • Operate with a solution-oriented mindset; anticipating challenges and bringing actionable recommendations, not just surfacing issues
  • Triage competing projects and priorities to ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work, effectively balancing workloads and timelines

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of project management experience (DTC wellness/supplements preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and process improvement
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional stakeholders (executives, agency partners, peers)
  • Experience building or improving PM processes (e.g., templates, intake, reporting cadences), not just inheriting existing systems
  • Track record of managing simultaneous product launches with interdependent workstreams
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite and distilling complex updates into executive-level summaries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Proficiency in at least one enterprise PM platform (Asana strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace skills
  • Based in California

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 annually + bonus compensation, depending on your experience.
  • This is a fully remote position.
  • Flexible time off + 9 annual company holidays
  • Your Birthday is a paid vacation day - take the day to celebrate your awesomeness!
  • 100% company-paid base plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for employees
  • 100% company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Coverage
  • 3% Employer contributions to 401(k) regardless of employee participation! (Free money)
  • Matching charitable contributions up to $2,500/year
  • $1,200/annual Work from Home (WFH) stipend
  • Employee recognition and rewards program
  • Calm app subscription
  • Pet insurance
  • Free monthly employee product samples and team discounts
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Professional development fund for employees (We love HI-ER Education)
  • And a collaborative, innovative work culture!
