This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Health Programs) in the United States.

This Project Manager role centers on leading health equity initiatives and programs that improve the physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and youth. You will manage program implementation, engage community and school partners, and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved. The position involves coordinating multi-level projects, providing technical guidance, and translating complex program goals into actionable plans. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, supporting collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates are equity-focused, organized, and adept at fostering partnerships while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of health-focused programs addressing equity at individual, organizational, and community levels.
  • Facilitate professional learning, provide technical assistance, and deliver program resources to schools, districts, and community organizations.
  • Track project progress, analyze data, and measure impact using CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, districts, community partners, health systems, and government agencies.
  • Serve as a convener for collaborative efforts at local, regional, or national levels to advance program initiatives.
  • Document successes, best practices, and lessons learned to support knowledge management and funding opportunities.
  • Support organizational priorities by promoting initiatives, awards programs, and serving as an ambassador for the organization’s mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in schools, public health, youth programs, or related settings.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and engage partners at local, regional, and state levels.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or collaborative sessions with diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective messaging.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30–50% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with evidence-based health programs, equity-focused interventions, or youth-serving organizations.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, action planning, and impact measurement.
