Job Overview: 

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements from initiation to successful delivery. You’ll oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—facilitating kickoff meetings, coordinating key touchpoints, and ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and billing start dates. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work cross-functionally with designers, developers, sales professionals, and Implementation & Education Managers (IEMs) to drive seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and Align Project Goals: Interpret project objectives from sales handoffs and confirm alignment with client expectations.
• Lead Client Communication: Facilitate all client meetings, ensuring clear direction, regular updates, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Set and Manage Expectations: Establish clear client expectations regarding responsibilities, critical sign-off stages, milestone timelines, and go-live dates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including design, development, sales, and IEMs to achieve project success.
• Drive Timelines and Deliverables: Manage and track progress to ensure timely project kickoffs and successful delivery within agreed deadlines.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee several concurrent projects across diverse product lines while maintaining quality, accountability, and compliance.
• Identify Upsell Opportunities: Recognize and communicate opportunities for expanded client engagement to the sales team.
• Utilize Project Management Tools: Maintain detailed project records using project management software and client check-ins.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure Project Completion: Oversee final delivery stages to confirm that all objectives and deliverables are fully met.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in project planning and management
• 2+ years of experience in the SaaS or web technology industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
• Comfortable working with software applications and able to develop technical proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Professional and confident in client-facing settings
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
