This role ensures initiatives are complete, risk-prioritized, and decision-ready for deal teams, investors, and executive leadership. You will own the day-to-day management of trackers, reporting, dashboards, and tools, while helping standardize processes and playbooks to create repeatable, scalable systems that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility across deals.

What You’ll Do

Diligence Execution & Risk Management

  • Manage all diligence requests across active deals, ensuring completeness across functional areas including clinical operations, finance, compliance, HR, IT, and more

  • Maintain and update Diligence Data Request Lists (DDRLs), track progress, and identify gaps or incomplete information

  • Escalate emerging risks or inconsistencies and coordinate with functional leads to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Reporting & Analysis

  • Translate raw diligence inputs into clear, actionable summaries, risk-based insights, and executive-ready materials

  • Build and maintain dashboards for deal teams, investors, sellers, and leadership to track progress, risk, and key metrics

  • Produce weekly status reports, risk heatmaps, and stoplight reporting to support timely decision-making

Process Design & Standardization

  • Develop and improve frameworks, checklists, and standard DRLs to ensure consistent execution across deals

  • Implement best practices for version control, data organization, and workflow management

  • Create solution playbooks and intake processes that allow teams to work efficiently and consistently

Tools & Systems Management

  • Build and optimize Excel/Smartsheet command centers, data rooms, and workflow tools

  • Automate dashboards, completion metrics, cross-tab analyses, and reminders for team members

  • Ensure tools are intuitive, scalable, and accessible to internal teams, external advisors, and executives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration across internal functional teams and external advisors, ensuring all requests, deliverables, and milestones are tracked and completed

  • Maintain reliable communication with stakeholders, including weekly updates, action item tracking, and executive briefings

  • Support smooth post-close integration by monitoring workstreams, dependencies, and risk mitigation

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or transaction support, preferably in PE, MSO, or ASC environments

  • Proven experience managing diligence processes, reporting, dashboards, and large-scale cross-functional projects

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Smartsheet or data room platforms (Firmex, DealRoom, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills in fast-paced, multi-deal environments

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification
