We’re looking for a Project Manager focused on client engagement to partner directly with enterprise customers and ensure the successful design, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven operational solutions. You’ll be the bridge between clients, engineering, and product — helping translate operational challenges into scalable AI products that transform how businesses work.
Act as the primary project interface for enterprise clients across operations.
Understand client workflows, systems, and bottlenecks to identify automation opportunities working with both internal and external user teams.
Translate business pain points into clear product specs and priorities for engineering and AI teams.
Drive implementation and integration of AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Partner with engineers, customers, and user teams to measure success, collect feedback, and guide iterative improvements.
Inform the product roadmap with real-world client insights and emerging trends in enterprise ops.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
Plan, execute and track project deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery
Build and maintain high-level project plan for client-requested features, ensuring alignment between client needs and engineering capacity
4 years of experience in SAP-focused consulting.
Strong client-facing experience — comfortable engaging with senior business and technical leaders.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Ability to define and own high-level roadmaps and detailed project plans for client-requested features.
Deep understanding of SAP operations workflows (e.g., procurement, finance ops, shared services, supply chain, or HR ops).
Proven ability to distill complex client requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and program management skills.
Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations; familiarity with AI/ML concepts a plus.
Startup DNA — resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in fast-moving environments.
Experience deploying workflow automation or process intelligence platforms.
Familiarity with systems like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
Exposure to data-driven decision-making or predictive analytics tools.
