Project Manager

This role provides leadership and oversight for a diverse portfolio of internal projects spanning Supply Chain, Product Development, Commercial Operations, and Continuous Improvement. The Project Manager will be central to establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Project Management, introducing best-practice frameworks, toolkits, and repeatable models that drive measurable value. This position involves guiding transformational initiatives, such as CRM improvements, go-to-market strategies, and organizational ways-of-working, to support ambitious business growth objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and builds alignment among diverse stakeholders. This role combines hands-on project execution with mentoring and coaching, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Project Manager will influence cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

• Lead, plan, monitor, and execute cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Serve as a project management expert, providing guidance and best practices across teams with varying PM maturity
• Build, implement, and refine project management toolkits, methodologies, and standards for the PM CoE
• Manage projects involving transformational initiatives across commercial operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and recommend schedule, resource, and cost adjustments
• Report progress, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships across global teams
• Mentor colleagues with less project experience and champion change management initiatives
• Manage up to five concurrent projects, creating alignment among diverse stakeholders

• Progressive experience in project management; formal PM certification not required
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, supply chain, or related functions
• Experience influencing stakeholders and building alignment in ambiguous situations
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: experience leading transformational or organizational change initiatives, exposure to continuous improvement frameworks, and prior involvement in PMO or CoE environments

• Salary range: $75,000–$100,000 USD
