In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects that support mission-critical systems and services. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams, government stakeholders, and operational leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. • Lead the overall management and execution of complex task orders, ensuring technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate closely with government contracting officers, task order managers, customer agency representatives, and internal leadership to maintain alignment and operational excellence.
• Oversee and manage help desk service teams, ensuring high service quality, responsiveness, and performance standards.
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving, process optimization, and performance reporting.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to provide accurate updates, insights, and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably in government or defense contracting environments.
• Project Management Professional PMP certification required.
• One or more advanced certifications such as CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC.
• Active IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships in high-pressure environments.
