Overview
Location: Denver or Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Full-time operational roll
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to drive the day-to-day project and task management of initiatives that support strategic partnerships and internal cross-functional workstreams. This role is focused on execution — managing timelines, deliverables, workflows, and dependencies — not managing relationships or accounts.
The ideal candidate excels at creating clarity out of complexity, keeping workstreams aligned and on time, and thrives in fast-paced, detail-rich environments. You’re someone who naturally brings structure, accountability, and momentum to every project you touch.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day planning, tracking, and execution of active projects — especially those supporting strategic partnerships or cross-functional initiatives.
- Create and maintain organized project documentation, including status reports, timelines, trackers, risk logs, and retrospective notes.
- Proactively coordinate across internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, field operations, clinical, finance, compliance, etc.) to keep projects on schedule and aligned with defined objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings such as stand-ups, check-ins, and working sessions; prepare agendas, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify blockers, gaps, or misalignments early, and take a solutions-oriented approach to removing obstacles and maintaining forward momentum.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all relevant stakeholders, tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage detailed project plans and dashboards using monday.com, assigning and tracking tasks to ensure accountability and visibility across teams.
- Leverage Google Workspace to organize, communicate, and share project-related workstreams.
- Ensure internal workflows align with compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or FDA guidelines.
- Operate with a bias toward action, a high degree of ownership, and a strong attention to detail.
- Bring a flexible and collaborative mindset, and thrive in an environment where managing multiple priorities, people, and timelines is the norm.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination, in healthcare, preferably in a healthtech or a digital product environment.
- Hands-on experience managing day-to-day projects in monday.com (or a similar platform).
- Demonstrated success executing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, and often changing, setting.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience in or exposure to healthcare organizations (e.g., providers, payers, life sciences).
- Understanding of health tech ecosystems, EHR systems, APIs (FHIR/HL7), or regulatory standards.
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
