This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across healthcare business processes. You will analyze complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into actionable insights that improve performance and service delivery. The position blends business analysis, data interpretation, and process improvement within a highly collaborative healthcare environment. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support strategic initiatives. The role also involves conducting root cause analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and recommending improvements based on evidence-based insights. With strong exposure to BI tools and advanced analytics, you will contribute directly to optimizing organizational performance and patient-centered outcomes.
Accountabilities:- Analyze end-to-end business and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into structured analytical and reporting solutions.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using BI tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, modeling, and validation across multiple complex datasets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and performance outcomes.
- Support leadership decision-making through financial, operational, and performance analysis.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and presentations to support adoption of analytical tools and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audit practices and validation procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL or similar query tools.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data management, statistical analysis, and basic data modeling concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare, financial, or operational data environments is a plus.
- Exposure to data engineering, Python, or advanced analytics methods is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
