This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Management Senior Associate in California (USA).
In this role, you will play a central part in managing product lifecycle initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will translate product variation and launch strategies into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant execution. The position requires hands-on project management, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges. By providing updates to key stakeholders, implementing best practices, and driving process improvements, you will directly impact product readiness, compliance, and overall operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely within EST/PST time zones while collaborating with global teams.
Accountabilities:
· Manage change control timelines and ensure task completion across multiple functional areas.
· Maintain accurate and compliant Change Control Management systems for Global Distribution Change Records (GDCR) and Customer Facing SKU Change Records (CFSCR).
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders in Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality on project status and readiness activities.
· Represent the project management function in planning and execution meetings with regional and cross-functional teams.
· Identify and analyze complex challenges, streamline departmental activities, and implement process improvements.
· Develop and enforce new procedures and best practices to achieve desired results.
· Execute specific projects, business cases, and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Requirements
· Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, Associate degree with 6+ years of experience, or High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
· 3–5 years of experience in product lifecycle management, including familiarity with full product manufacturing stages.
· Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and teams.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting to cross-functional teams.
