Lithia & Driveway | Project Coordinator - Performance Management

Location: Hybrid - Medford or Tigard, OR

Compensation: The range for this role is $21.65-31.25. Compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Final pay will be confirmed during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.

The Project Coordinator, Performance Management will be responsible for driving structure and momentum across complex, dynamic technical projects while delivering exceptional customer service and cross-functional partnership.. The Project Coordinator, Performance Management will demonstrate Lithia & Driveway’s mission and core values with humble confidence by delivering projects and processes that improve constantly and earn customers for life.

What You’ll Do

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking against key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution.

  • Oversee project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments and functions, facilitating cross-functional success.

  • Collaborate with team leads to organize and maintain project documentation for transparency and accessibility.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement changes to improve systems and operational efficiency.

  • Communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and outstanding action items to ensure accountability and continued progress on interdependent project components.

  • Accelerate the impact of Performance Management projects by unblocking teams pending decisions, deliverables, or communication with users or stakeholders.

  • Perform project closeout activities including hand-off, documentation, and post-mortem assessment to capture lessons learned and ensure continuity.

What You’ll Bring         

     Skills

  • Proven track record of execution and delivery of projects that require long-term planning, multiple technical teams, and risk management.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies and tools.

  • Curiosity and inclination toward process optimization, operational efficiency, and desire to shape processes and systems that scale.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value to end users.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working with diverse, technical teams and navigating ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

     Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred

    

     Experience

  • Experience executing and delivering projects that involve long-term planning, coordination across multiple technical teams, and management of project risks
