Project Coordinator and Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project estimates based on client specifications and site evaluations.
• Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to gather necessary information and maintain project progress.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
• Support the project manager in tracking project budgets, expenses, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a project coordinator, estimator, or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle budgeting and scheduling challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
