This role sits at the center of home services operations, where you will coordinate and manage end-to-end residential projects from initial request through completion. You will act as the primary driver of execution, ensuring homeowner needs are clearly translated into actionable scopes, vendor work is properly aligned, and projects are delivered on time and within expectations. The position combines operations, vendor management, and customer communication in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will evaluate service options, compare estimates, and ensure each project is assigned to the right provider based on cost, quality, and timing. A key part of the role is maintaining clarity and momentum across multiple active projects simultaneously while resolving issues proactively. This is a highly dynamic coordination role where organization, decision-making, and follow-through directly shape customer satisfaction and operational success.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of home service projects, ensuring smooth coordination between homeowners, vendors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for structuring requests, sourcing vendors, managing execution, and maintaining clear communication throughout each stage of the process.

  • Triage incoming homeowner requests and translate them into clear, actionable scopes of work
  • Identify missing details, risks, and appropriate service pathways during intake
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth progression from intake to completion
  • Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and execution across vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, availability, pricing, and scope fit
  • Compare estimates and negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope clarity when needed
  • Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
  • Proactively resolve issues, delays, or scope changes during project delivery
  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing clear and consistent updates
  • Ensure all projects are fully completed and properly closed out

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced operational environment. You are confident working with vendors, resolving issues, and turning ambiguous requests into structured execution plans.

  • 2–5 years of experience in coordination, operations, property management, hospitality, or similar fields
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Ability to interpret ambiguous requests and translate them into structured action plans
  • Experience working with vendors, comparing proposals, and making recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
  • High level of accountability with strong follow-through and ownership mindset
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
  • Ability to build and improve processes over time
