Project Coordinator

This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of software implementation projects in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will coordinate multiple concurrent projects, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and work closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with agreed timelines. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively. You will be responsible for tracking milestones, documenting project progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. • Coordinate multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring smooth progression and adherence to schedules.
• Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines using project management tools.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, fostering trust and providing clear, consistent communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and implementation consultants, to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project records, status reports, and professional services hour tracking.
• Support project meetings, scoping discussions, and follow-up activities, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and coordination.

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience working in SaaS, software, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones.
• Preferred: experience with software implementations, cloud-based platforms, or exposure to the printing industry or Print MIS software.
