We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team, poised to revolutionize the industry for the benefit of our valued clients.  Our innovated products are reshaping project finance, architectural design, engineering project management, and product procurement within the new construction residential housing market.

This position is a fully remote position; however, you will be required to align your working hours with the Central Time Zone (CT/CST).  Whether you are located in a different time zone or region, you must be available to work between 8:00am – 5:00pm CST, if needed to ensure collaboration with our team and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers (PM), Project Coordinators, and leadership to devise and execute prospecting strategies.
  • Review project requirements and scope, supporting Project Managers (PM) in creating and monitoring project plans and associated deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of project schedules, tracking changes through change control processes.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to clients and senior management.
  • Schedule project meetings as per project plans or as needed.
  • Work closely with the BIMQuote Operations team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of support tickets and project implementations as per customer agreements.
  • Communicate project-specific activities to clients, including meeting summaries and action items.
  • Plan and execute project implementations.
  • Maintain project implementation schedules and related documents for assigned projects.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with PM to ensure products have suitable training, implementation, admin, and/or user guides.
  • Meet with key stakeholders and provide suggestions on client relationship management and project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, construction management, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working knowledge of construction project activities and processes, typically gained through prior job experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently produce high quality work-product and demonstrate high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Applicable experience necessary to understand not only the legal issues but also the business considerations relevant to our industry.
  • Process-oriented with the ability and desire to identify, develop and implement efficiencies and improvements.
