RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expert on client brand standards, suppliers, and branding materials
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices
  • Read and analyze survey information and site documents
  • Act as the primary contact for non-project customer inquiries and support requests
  • Quote materials and place orders for projects and maintenance requests
  • Identify scope of work challenges and communicate with stakeholders for resolution
  • Resolve issues effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments as needed
  • Manage workload to meet KPIs
  • Use internal systems and reporting to manage day-to-day priorities and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
  • Contribute to a positive company and team culture
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Communication

  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding needs, and executing a solution
  • Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
  • Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
  • Escalate appropriately when there are questions or escalated issues

Critical Thinking

  • Ability and willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective customer relationships by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years working in a business environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Outlook and Excel
  • Office background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

EDUCATION

  • BS or BA Degree, or similar experience

SALARY RANGE: $50K - $60K
