Project Analyst (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Project Analyst in the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to support operational excellence and strategic execution within a growing sustainability-focused organization. This role is key to ensuring that energy-saving solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with project ROI goals. The ideal candidate will use data insights to drive decision-making, evaluate contractor proposals, and forecast internal and external resource needs. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally with operations, RFP teams, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports to evaluate operational performance against business targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
• Forecast resource requirements, including vendors and contractors, to meet project timelines and goals
• Support RFP processes by refining bid requirements and evaluating bidder proposals for alignment with strategic objectives
• Prioritize solution recommendations based on ROI targets and historical performance data
• Provide analytical support and actionable insights to cross-functional project teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project analysis or data-driven project management
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite; ability to adapt to new software quickly
• Familiarity with field operations in construction or energy services is a plus
