This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Programmer Analyst in the United States.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack financial applications that enhance the digital experience for end users and members. The Programmer Analyst will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, and integrating APIs with ancillary applications. The position requires adherence to software governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance while collaborating in an Agile development environment. This role provides opportunities to work with modern AI technologies, cloud and on-premise systems, and participate in innovative projects that impact real-world financial solutions. Ideal candidates are highly ethical, results-driven, and capable of communicating effectively across technical and business teams.


  • Accountabilities
  • Build, consume, document, and integrate APIs across development, test, and production environments.
  • Develop widgets, microservices, and back-end functionality for online banking platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance functional databases, applications, and servers to support web-based services.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow project requirements to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Document code and development processes while adhering to standardized methods for all requests.
  • Implement applications using modern AI technologies and follow software governance and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML/OFAC standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support special projects as assigned.

  • Requirements
  • Strong understanding of .NET architecture and object-oriented programming in C# or VB.NET.
  • Knowledge of XML/XSLT, SOAP, and web services.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, and client-side scripting like JavaScript or jQuery.
  • Experience with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and SSIS packages.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and software integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with Symitar products including PowerOn, OpCon, SymXchange, SymConnect, and ARCU.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with modern IDEs and Agile development practices.
