About the role:

We are seeking a talented full-time remote Programmatic Marketing Manager to manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across a wide array of platforms and channels. The role involves leveraging various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) to automate the buying and placement of ads, ensuring efficient and effective reach to the target audience. These platforms include but are not limited to Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain, Amazon DSP, and many others.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.

  • Utilize data insights to identify and segment target audiences across all relevant platforms.

Campaign Execution:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on multiple DSPs such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain, Amazon DSP, etc.

  • Automate ad buying and placement to efficiently reach specific audience segments.

Optimization:

  • Monitor real-time campaign performance across all platforms.

  • Implement data-driven adjustments and A/B testing to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyze cross-platform data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Audience Targeting:

  • Leverage first-party, second-party, and third-party data for precise audience targeting on all platforms.

  • Implement strategies like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and contextual targeting to expand reach and engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and platforms.

  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving or exceeding KPIs.

Technology and Tools:

  • Stay updated on the latest programmatic technologies and industry trends.

  • Utilize a variety of tools including ad servers, DSPs, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and analytics platforms.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content suitable for different platforms.

  • Coordinate with media buyers and data analysts to align on campaign goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from various platforms to optimize campaign performance..

  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain, Amazon DSP, etc.).

  • Experience with ad serving technologies, pixel implementation, and tracking mechanisms.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).

  • Attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

  • Adaptability to stay current with evolving industry trends.
