This role operates directly within DSP platforms, managing programmatic media execution, optimization strategies, and performance outcomes for advertising clients. Working closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Ad Tech partner teams. The role helps deliver scalable advertising solutions that support client objectives, revenue growth, and adoption of PlayStation advertising products and inventory.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style="color: !important;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Campaign Ownership and Execution&nbsp;</span></em></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Own end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns including planning, setup, launch, optimization, and reporting within DSP platforms </span></li><li>Manage PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and open exchange campaigns</li><li>Ensure campaigns meet delivery, pacing, and performance targets&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Programmatic Strategy and Optimization&nbsp;</span></em></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Optimize campaigns using bid strategies, audience segmentation, frequency controls, and inventory selection </span></li><li>Monitor performance across display, video, and CTV</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, performance, and spend allocation&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Supply and Inventory Collaboration&nbsp;</span></em></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Work with internal &amp; external teams and platforms to ensure deal health, troubleshooting, and inventory alignment </span></li><li>Support deal troubleshooting including bid rates, win rates, and delivery issues</li><li>Contribute to supply path optimization and inventory performance insights&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Client Strategy and Partnership&nbsp;</span></em></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with Client Partners to align programmatic execution with client KPIs and objectives </span></li><li>Provide recommendations on targeting, deal structure, and media strategy</li><li>Support client education on programmatic capabilities and performance drivers&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Performance Analysis and Measurement&nbsp;</span></em></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Analyze campaign performance across DSPs including CTR, CPA, viewability, and conversion metrics </span></li><li>Collaborate with analytics SMEs on attribution, audience insights, and measurement frameworks</li><li>Utilize third-party verification tools and reporting solutions&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Qualifications&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">4 or more years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media </span></li><li>Hands-on experience managing campaigns within DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or DV360, Maestro or similar curation platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of RTB, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed deal types</li><li>Experience optimizing campaigns across display, video, or CTV</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, client-facing environment&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to clients</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="color: !important;"><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Preferred</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working with SSPs or ad servers </span></li><li>Familiarity with measurement and verification tools such as IAS, Nielsen, Double Verify, or Comscore</li><li>Understanding of identity solutions and audience targeting strategies</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools</li><li>Previous experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer industries</li><li>Experience influencing client strategy and adoption of digital advertising solutions&nbsp;
