This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for a programmatic media expert responsible for driving strategy, execution, and performance across client campaigns.
You will serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert, guiding campaign planning, audience strategy, activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
Working across leading DSPs and programmatic formats, you will translate real-time performance data into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
The role combines hands-on media buying with strategic client communication, creative collaboration, testing, and performance management.
You will manage sophisticated campaigns and significant budgets while identifying opportunities to scale investment without compromising key performance indicators.

Accountabilities- Programmatic Strategy: Develop and execute programmatic media strategies and paid media plans aligned with client business objectives, including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, channel selection, and optimization.
- Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from initial planning and activation through monitoring, optimization, analysis, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage leading DSP platforms, including The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon, to execute sophisticated programmatic campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Multi-Channel Activation: Manage programmatic tactics across Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home environments.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, establish benchmarks, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies designed to improve KPIs and maximize return on investment.
- Budget Scaling: Identify opportunities to increase campaign spend while maintaining or improving performance, with responsibility for managing substantial budgets and growing high-value accounts.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Use real-time dashboards, reporting platforms, analytics tools, and campaign data to develop meaningful insights and translate findings into clear action plans.
- Client Strategy & Communication: Act as the primary programmatic subject matter expert for clients, providing strategic recommendations, campaign updates, performance analysis, and responses to ad-hoc requests.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present campaign reports to clients and internal leadership, clearly communicating results, challenges, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop compelling advertising concepts and messaging aligned with audience strategies and campaign objectives.
- Testing & Innovation: Establish future testing roadmaps, evaluate new opportunities, stay informed about platform betas and industry developments, and recommend innovative approaches to improve campaign performance.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and interpret consumer, competitor, market, and advertising-platform data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted, effective relationships with clients by delivering strong communication, strategic guidance, responsiveness, and consistent campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Structure complex projects and plans involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, priorities, and timelines while maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programmatic best practices, advertising-network developments, automation capabilities, targeting technologies, and emerging media opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of performance marketing experience with a strong focus on programmatic advertising.
- DSP Expertise: Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk and DV360 preferred, with strong familiarity across major programmatic advertising platforms.
- Programmatic Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home advertising tactics.
- Technology & Analytics: Strong knowledge of programmatic ad platforms, bidding and targeting automation tools, Google Analytics, media-buying technologies, and creative-testing tools.
- Campaign Scaling: Proven experience scaling campaign spend while maintaining or improving performance KPIs.
- Account Management: Experience managing and growing large-spending accounts with substantial budgets and complex optimization requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify meaningful trends, synthesize complex information, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to structure and solve complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and numerous deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and performance-related concepts effectively to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
