This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Support Specialist 4 โ€“ REMOTE in the United States.

As a Program Support Specialist 4, you will provide critical project and program support to managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of project management, including proposal development, contract administration, financial tracking, and documentation preparation. You will serve as a key point of coordination, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires expertise in project management tools, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively while working remotely. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and success of high-profile programs.

Accountabilities:

ยท        Collaborate with program management personnel to support business and contractual activities, including proposal responses, project deliverables, and reporting.

ยท        Maintain and organize project, proposal, and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

ยท        Track project milestones, change orders, deliverables, and schedules, assisting program leaders with planning and documentation.

ยท        Prepare financial, status, and monthly reports to support program management oversight.

ยท        Organize meetings, develop briefs, spreadsheets, and presentations, and accurately capture information from discussions and meetings.

ยท        Create professional documentation templates, technical reference guides, and other materials for internal and external use.

ยท        Assist with administrative tasks such as employee permits, security, certification, and travel requests.

ยท        Ensure team adherence to project and contract requirements and provide guidance for issue resolution.

Requirements

ยท        High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience, Associate's Degree with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience.

ยท        Proven experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.

ยท        Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

ยท        Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

ยท        Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases, and customer portals.

ยท        Experience authoring responses to statements of work, staffing plans, management plans, and executive summaries.

ยท        Ability to work independently, solve practical problems, and maintain attention to detail.

ยท        Multitasking capability and proficiency in handling extended periods of computer-based work.
