Join our Events Team as the Program Manager for Women of the Channel (WOTC)—a vibrant, mission-driven community that celebrates and elevates women in tech.


This role is ideal for someone who’s not just organized, but obsessively detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the heartbeat of WOTC—ensuring every member experience is thoughtful, engaging, and aligned.



What you'll do

  • Lead with Influence: Be a visible and trusted voice in the WOTC community—hosting interviews, moderating panels, and representing the brand at virtual and in-person events.
  • Strategize & Connect: Align and integrate WOTC initiatives (Leadership Network, Summits, CRN Lists, WOTY Awards) into one seamless member journey.
  • Drive Engagement: Build authentic relationships, spark conversations, and foster belonging through creative campaigns, content, and community experiences.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Partner with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact programming that inspires and empowers.
  • Innovate & Execute: Spot gaps, propose solutions, and bring ideas to life with precision and flair—always keeping the big picture in mind.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in program management, community leadership, or event production.
  • Comfortable being on stage or in front of a camera—leading discussions and energizing audiences.
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for women’s leadership and diversity.
  • Mastery of multitasking—able to juggle content calendars, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships with grace.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hive Brite, Salesforce, and social media platforms.
